Returns [refused, unwanted, missing, and damaged item(s)] must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your package, for store credit only.

Returns [refused, unwanted, missing, and damaged item(s)] made after 7 calendar days of receiving, will be charged a 20% restocking fee without notice, for store credit only.

Returned items must be in the original unworn condition, with tags attached, and in the manufacturer’s packaging to avoid a 30% fee without notice.

Report of missing item(s) must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your package to be eligible for store credit. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all orders within 7 calendar days of receipt. After 7 calendar days, we will not be responsible for any reported missing items.

If the customer received free shipping for the item(s), the customer is responsible for returning at their own expense.

Absolutely no returns on special orders. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping and may receive store credit.

If a return is sent to us without confirmation, store credit will not be provided.
